central location easy access faulty remote unreplenished towels
the location felt very central. accessing the place through keypads was EASY!
the tv remote presented SOME issues, it did not work properly. also, towels were not replenished , unfortunately.

decent location, some issues
hot water issue noisy pub
the location was quite good. the room was spacious enough (i was on the third floor, quite a climb).
the water wasn't hot. i could not shower. this was a big problem. the pub next door was loud. it kept me awake at night (i could hear everything).

the room was clean tidy and comfortable. The location suited my plans very well. The instructions to access the hotel were straightforward. I found my room cosy warm and clean.
i missed having staff available on-site. there was no parking available at the hotel. the room only had one mug and three teabags for two days that seemed a little sparse

the location is great. the hotel is clean. the hotel is tidy. the facilities are good.
the hotel uses a self-service system with key codes for entry. while this is convenient, other guests were noisy at night. they struggled with the codes and disturbed our sleep.
